For which purpose do we process your personal data?
In AGENSYND, S.L. we process the personal data supplied by the data subjects concerned, in order to respond to their requests.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, AGENSYND hereby informs to the users of the websites www.agensynd.com, www.agensynd.es, www.agensynd.net, www.agensynd.co.uk and www.agensynd.fr (hereinafter, any of them, the “Website”) that the personal data provided through our website via forms and/or e-mails received shall be incorporated into our information systems, in order for us to be able to manage the requested service, answer and/or process your request.
Website users become accountable, in any case, for the veracity, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and adequacy of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep those data duly updated.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from AGENSYND the erasure of personal data concerning him or her where, among other grounds, the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
Right to data portability:
The data subject shall have the right to have his or her persona data transmitted to another controller provided that such transmission is technically feasible.
Right to restriction of processing:
Under certain circumstances, the data subject shall have the right to obtain from AGENSYND restriction of processing of his or her personal data, in which case those data shall only be processed for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to object:
The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to processing of personal data concerning him or her.
How to exercise the above rights?
The data subject may exercise his or her rights by means of a written request to AGENSYND’s contact details provided above, stating the subject reference “data protection” and attaching a copy of the data subject’s national Id Card or equivalent identification document.
Right to withdraw the consent:
The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, by means of a written request to AGENSYND’s contact details provided above, stating the subject reference “data protection” and attaching a copy of the data subject’s national Id Card or equivalent identification document. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
Should the concerned data subject consider that his or her rights have been infringed, he or she shall have the right to lodge a complaint with Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish Agency for Data Protection), domiciled in Calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Phone 901 100 099, website www.agpd.es.
Source of the Data:
All personal data processed by AGENSYND have been freely informed by the concerned data subject.
In the event that a request includes personal data about data subjects other than the user, the user must, in advance of inclusion of such personal data, inform those data subjects about the provisions set forth in the preceding paragraphs.
AGENSYND disclaims any liability for the breaching of this requirement.
